Arlington Homes has opened their model home in Gotha’s newest community called Braemar. This 50 acre development off Hempel Ave. next to Camp Ithiel is being developed by Arlington Homes and Osprey Homes. A unique feature of this community is that each homesite will have its own gate and the builders here are both the developers and the builders. I will obtain pricing as soon as I can but I believe pricing should start at a mere million dollars.
