They mentioned they just posted the floorplans on their official site this week. I was just providing the readers of this blog information that was unavailable. Venezia is a 53 lot single family home community with 75 x 125 lots. 20 of the lots are on Big Sand Lake and lakefront premiums start at about $500k.
