Hojin's SW Orlando Real Estate Scoop

The local publication, the Southwest Orlando Bulletin, gathers a list of local restaurants every year that are the favorites among local residents. They vote for their favorites at the Southwest Orlando Bulletin website and the list is published in September.

They also compile a directory for Back to School Shopping, Realtors, and Doctors every year. As with most publications, their directory is skewed by the advertising dollars but still these directories do come in handy.

Many of my favorites in the Best of SW Orlando page have made this list.
