Reiche Silliman announced on August 20th that they have 4 inventory homes available at Venezia located off Darlene Rd. The entrance to the community is hidden in the Sand Lake Cove subdivision so it can be hard to find.
I checked this past week and they are all available. The homes here are Mediteranean villa style with lot sizes around 75’x125′ and the lot premiums to be on the lake starts at $490,000. The best lakefront lots are located on the south side of the community.
In recent years, some of the homes on Big Sand Lake did face flooding issues after periods of heavy rain so it may be something to take into consideration. The homes in Phillips Landing and Sand Lake Point had many docks underwater and a few homes had serious concerns about the water levels reaching their home but the land does feel more elevated here.
The “Siena” plan (4 Bed, 3 Bath, 2,411 sq ft) is listed for $696,700.
The “Casa Veneto” plan (5 Bed, 4.5 Bath, 3,696 sq ft) is listed for $861,900.
The “Rienzo” plan (4 Bed, 3 Bath, 3,022 sq ft) is listed for $785,900.
