Park Square Homes has 4 inventory homes available in Point Cypress located on Apopka Vineland Rd. across from Phillips Landing at the site of the old Rinker concrete plant that was such an eye sore for a long time. This community is now on its third developer and finally something is being built here. Unicorp originally began this community to sell eventually to Pulte homes and now it appears Park Square Homes is staking claim.

Point Cypress is a 70 unit gated community of Mediterranean style townhouses. The 4 properties that are complete and ready for occupancy have prices ranging from $489,900 to $529,610. Each model has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with square footage ranging from 2,082 square feet to 2,321 square feet.

The only downside I see here is that these inventory homes either back up to Apopka Vineland Rd. or they are close enough to hear the road noise. The best bet here is to get a property away from the road noise on the western side of the community. I don’t believe there’s been a home buyer in history that has ever requested a home backing up to a road so avoid such homes anywhere.
