Erik Hersman is featured on Inman TV today about his thoughts on Web 2.0. It’s all about facilitating off line connections with people according to Hersman. He authors an Orlando real estate blog called Roofable, Future of Real Estate Marketing, and eppraisal.com. I’ve communicated with him numerous times for web advice and I must say he’s a heck of a nice guy and pretty darn sharp.
