The most expensive home in America is a property located in Aspen, Colorado called Hala Ranch designed by architect Hagman Yaw. It’s currently owned by a Saudi Arabian Prince who has put it up for sale with Christie’s Great Estates for a mere $135 million. It boasts 56,000 square feet and sits on 95 acres featuring an indoor pool, a steam room, an exercise room, a regulation-size indoor racquetball court, a tennis court, a fishing pond, cross-country ski trails, heated hay barn and stable, and a fire pit.

    Do you have $135M that I could borrower? I’d like to buy this property, lol. Heck, I’d like to facilitate the mortgage for the property.

    Definitely don’t have enough but I don’t like it anyway. I guess I’m just used to the Mediterranean stuff in Orlando.
