Finally some good news about housing. The Commerce Department said today that new single family home sales rose 4.8% from August. Sales rose from 735,000 in August to 770,000 in September. This by no means says the bust years are over but it is a step in the right direction

I agree completely, it is definitely a step in the right direction. Let’s hope that it begins to gain some momentum.
