2007 Home Sales Statistics for Keene’s Pointe

The community of Keene’s Pointe had a robust 57 total sales in 2007 with an average sales price of $1,119,386 and median sales price of $820,000. The price per square foot was $273.69 and the average days on market was 189 days. As of today, there are 110 properties for sale in Keene’s Pointe and only 9 of them under contract. That’s not a very high percentage and I hope things will pick up as the National Association of Realtors predicts for the second half of 2008.
