Real estate market statistics from the Orlando Regional Realtor Association through February 2008. So far things are remaining pretty steady in the real estate market for Orlando. I put the inventory numbers up first because I personally feel it is the key to market stabilization. There’s an awful lot of homes for sale out there and the downward trend in this number will signal a change in direction for the market.
