Now this is not the kind of news I want to be spreading about real estate professionals but it’s a little too juicy to ignore. A Realtor in Winter Park named Michelle Williamson supposedly shot her boyfriend several times in a domestic dispute last night at the Orwin Manor subdivision. The mugshot reminds me of Mr. Burns from the Simpsons. She is a Realtor with Fairbanks Realty on Staunton Avenue in Winter Park and probably one I’d be weary about to say the least. I’ve dealt with plenty of Realtors from Winter Park for properties here in SW Orlando throughout my career and can’t say I’ve run into any of them capable of such an act but you never know about these things. Details about the person shot have not been released yet, but WFTV News reports that it’s a prominent beer distributor in town and is reportedly in stable condition at the Orlando Regional Medical Center.

It is sad that there are kids involved. I wonder if the market had anything to do with the shooting. I am sure that the tension the market has created was a cause (but might not have been the only cause) in the shooting.

she tried to get an order of protection from this abusive individual and was denied this is our judicial system at work dont blame her blame the system.
