2008 Parade of Homes Orlando

The 2008 Parade of Homes showcases 140 homes from April 6 to April 20. This year’s feature home is the Casa Bella built by Reiche Silliman located right here in SW Orlando at Venezia along the shores of Big Sand Lake. They’re just asking $1,469,900 for this Mediterranean beauty boasting 4,259 square feet. The address of the property is 7642 Pointe Venezia Drive, Orlando, FL 32836. This year’s parade will also feature some remodeling work and the work done by Musgrave and Delettre Builders really caught my eye. They’re featuring 5 properties in the parade and all are quite stunning to say the least. I’ve worked with Jeff Musgrave back in his Coldwell Banker days and he’s a hell of of nice guy and one you can trust. It’s tough to spot the straight shooters these days and he’s definitely one of em.
