Today, I spoke with the reps at the Palazzo del Lago condominiums near the Orlando Convention Center and they have suspended sales of these units for the time being. I tried to find out if they plan on ever building the condos, but I did not get a response. These condos will probably never be built and the project will most likely be only hotel units once it’s completed. The timing with the market the way it is was questionable anyway.
A quick thanks to Neil for prompting me to get an update on this project.
