There’s always been a strong correlation between price appreciation for residential real estate and quality of the school district, but perhaps this relationship will weaken in the future.

Why do you say that you ask…. I say this because I ran across this new site called YouTube EDU where you can watch lectures from schools like Harvard, Yale, Stanford, UNC Chapel Hill, MIT, and more. I can definitely see this taking off for lower levels of education as well.

No need for a stellar academic resume, ridiculous SAT scores, strong personal recomendations, or having to take a second mortgage on the house to pay for tuition here, all you need is a computer. How cool is that?

I’m already hooked on it and best of all, you learn at your what you want at your own pace with no tests to worry about or ridiculous tuition.

Here’s a sample a Harvard Business School’s thoughts on creating a innovation mindset.

That is pretty cool. YouTube University: I’m not sure if that will work on your own personal resume, but it’s a great way to learn from some good minds.
