The Joey Fatone estate in Dr. Phillips that was featured on MTV Cribs just came up for sale today. The benihana grill with a picture of K.I.T. from Knight Rider gave it away. The tax records say it belongs to some trust but I remember watching the episode and this has got be the same house. Feel free to let me know if I’m wrong.
It’s offered at a mere $5,900,000 for 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 half baths, 12,370 square feet, resort pool with grotto and slide, 10 car garage, theatre room, and frontage on Lake Pocket.
The address is 9726 Kilgore Rd., Orlando, FL 32836 and the MLS number is O4925810.
I have no idea if Joey moved away and someone else is selling the house or if he’s actually still the owner. I just know that this is the house I saw on MTV Cribs.

Just took the virtual tour. That is Joey’s house. Notice all the N’Sync memorabilia in the den, his daughter’s painting over the fireplace and her room with her name on the wall. Saw it on MTV and in a magazine spread a few months ago. Would LOVE to have a home like this. Wonder where he’s moving his family.
