Congratulations to Justin and Laura Smith on their first home.
Their mortgage payment is less than what they were paying for in a 700 square foot apartment and they get $8,000 from the government. On top of that, they get to write off all the interest and closing costs. Any way you slice it, it’s a great deal.
It’s even Laura’s favorite color. They were a little bummed when we lost out on another property to some investors in a multiple offer situation, but I think this one is even nicer.
They’re expecting their first addition to the family in a few months and I wish you a bunch of great memories in your new home.
