Orange Tree is a guard gated private golf community in the heart of Dr. Phillips. It’s a wonderful neighborhood and golf club.

There’s been 10 sales so far in 2009 with prices ranging from $253,000 to $453,000. The average selling price was $339,544 with the average square footage of homes sold being 2,457. The average price per square foot was $130 and average days on market stands at 97 days.

All in all, these numbers look great and in line with much of Dr. Phillips. If you’re looking for a private golf option here, then this is the only game in town besides Bay Hill which is a bit pricier.
