It appears Toll Brothers is making their way into the semi custom home market in SW Orlando through their 2 new communities in Windermere. They’ve started construction of model homes at Bellaria and Waterstone and the pictures of the facade looks quite nice with tile roof and lots of architectural detail. I can’t wait to see how the interior lays out and the finishing touches that are added.
Pricing in both communities range from $600,000 to $800,000. I’ll be interested to see how these homes are received by existing residents who believed they were buying into a community of only multi-million dollar homes. Both Bellaria and Waterstone advertised only ultra luxury homes, but now are being invaded by tract homes.
A similar event is taking place at the Gardens section of Keene’s Pointe. Originally touted and sold as a section with multi-million dollar homes is now a section that Centerline Homes has taken over with prices starting at $700,000.
It’s great to see that there’s more new construction in Windermere and I hope they sell well.
