Palazzo Nobiliare on the Butler Chain

February 15th, 2011 · No Comments

One of my favorite homes on the Butler Chain has just come on the market at $8 million. It’s not like I can afford it, but someone will end with quite a special place if they buy this masterpiece that replicates a Tuscan estate on a one of a kind peninsula on Lake Down.

The property was designed by Mark Nasrallah, built by Ray Coudriet, and interior by Marc Michaels. It encompasses 16,920 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, 4 car garage, an idyllic pool house,  along with all the finest furnishings.

The tiled ceiling in the kitchen is stunning as well the ceiling details throughout this home.

It was previously available for sale in 2002-2003 for $9 million, but the new price reflects a bit of what happened in the market since then.

Really, it’s tough to price a property that offers such a unique setting. Practically the entire estate offers lakeviews.

There’s lots of multi-million dollars mansions on the Butler Chain, but this is personally my favorite.
