According to statistics from the Orlando board of Realtors, the best selling price range has been between $100,000 to $250,000 in Central Florida so I figured this is the price range most home buyers are looking in right now.
I’ve created a “Best Buy List” of homes currently available in Windermere, FL in that price range.
Short sales and condos were purposefully excluded from this list simply because short sales can takes months and sometimes years to get an answer from the bank and lenders are not offering financing on condos at the moment.
