O.K. I guess I’m stuck on coming up with lists this week.

Keeping with the best selling price range of $100,000 to $250,000, I’ve hand selected the 10 Best Buys in the Dr. Phillips area. Actually, the best I could come up with was just under $140,000 It’s definitely a challenge to find something worthy of this list below that price.

As with the previous post, I’ve excluded condos and short sales because banks don’t lend money on condos at the moment and it takes way too long to get an answer on a short sale unless the price has already been approved by the bank.

I have included town houses and quite a few foreclosures though so check it out if you’re interested in finding out what my years of experience in the real estate business has concocted.
