I noticed this post on the freshome blog about the world’s first toilet home. It was built in Suweon, South Korea by the World Toilet Association. I noticed this post on the Realestatebloggers site about all the options in commodes these days. It’s a crappy subject (can’t resist) that doesn’t come up too often in conversations about real estate but after seeing this video I may have to begin taking commodes into consideration when assessing a home’s value.
